Prior to founding the firm in 2001, Ms. Kinsella held several influential positions in the watch & jewelry industry. In 1999, she joined the leading American luxury jewelry company DAVID YURMAN as the Director of Marketing. While at David Yurman, Ms. Kinsella directed all the marketing initiatives for the company including the launch of the David Yurman Thoroughbred Timepiece Collection, the opening of the first David Yurman Retail Store, and the creation of the David Yurman Humanitarian Award.

She managed such projects as the Oscar and Emmy sponsorships, customized fine jewelry and watch advertorials and creative advertising strategies and promotions for the 7th on 6th Fashion Week.
Though Ms. Kinsella is known for her work in the fine jewelry & watch industry, she began her career in fashion. In 1993, she joined HUGO BOSS, the German based menswear fashion company. Her duties included advertising, public relations, promotions and sportsmarketing. She was responsible for all Hugo Boss editorial, events including the Lipton Tennis Tournament and the coordination of the fashion shows.
